The Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre (DDRC) is a purpose-built centre which operates as a ‘one stop shop’ for dispute resolution from the time initial contact is made, to the conclusion of the process. The Centre caters for arbitrations, mediations, hybrid remote hearings, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, as well as ancillary activities such as meetings.
Our facilities have been used by leading national and international clients. We provide a discreet, high quality, customised solution for you.
The Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre (DDRC) is located in the Distillery Building on Church Street, beside the Four Courts and in the heart of Dublin’s ‘Legal Quarter’.
It has four large hearing rooms with superior arbitration, ADR and meeting support facilities, in addition to a number of ancillary breakout / meeting rooms.
The DDRC is designed with accessibility in mind, with lift access to our premises on the first floor, spacious corridors & doorways and accessible toilet facilities.
It is fully air conditioned, with dedicated power and data lines to every desk and WiFi throughout the Centre. There is an onsite catering available and access to tea and coffee facilities around the clock.
It has 24 hour access, 7 days per week, with secure document storage. It is designed for your privacy; alternative entrances mean that you can enter and exit the building privately, with a discount rate available for Smithfield car park located in the centre of Smithfield Square.
Most of the things you would consider as ‘extras’ are included as standard at the DDRC, such as screens for video links, use of inhouse laptops, flipcharts, a digital projector and screen, or wall-mounted television for presentation. For everything else, we have close links with partner services; we provide you with a complete solution. See our facilities for more details.
